High Performing Product Managers

Hi folks - really looking forward to ProductCamp again this year!

I’ll be talking about the fundamental skills that all good Product Managers have, and the high performer behaviours that the great ones exhibit. Rather than share theory or my own opinion, I’ve put together some real world examples based on the great Product Managers I’ve worked with over the years. If you’re an established Product Manager looking to get to the next level, or aspiring to land your first PM job, I hope you’ll find some useful and relevant ideas to take away from the session.

A bit about me: I’m a Director of Product Management at Workday. I run a team of 20 Product Managers in Ireland, the US and Canada building platform technology in areas such as User Interface, Digital Adoption and Artificial Intelligence.
